This fabric was originally made with pure silk and cotton, so when you damped it only cotton shrank, <strong>giving the fabric its crinkled appearance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This wavy surface, combined with cotton light weight, make seersucker<strong> the the ideal fabric for hotter weather<\/strong>.
